We love pets! If you have pets, please let us know so we can accommodate them and use pet-safe products. We recommend that pets be secured or in a separate area during cleaning to ensure their safety and the efficiency of our service.
We recognize that schedules can be unpredictable. To accommodate this, you can reschedule or cancel appointments with the following conditions:
* Notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled time to cancel or reschedule without any penalty.
* Cancellations or rescheduling between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled time will incur a 50% fee of the agreed amount.
* Any changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the agreed amount.
